Abby Goodman first joined the Molina Healthcare, Inc. team in 2015, and has since become an invaluable member of the Long Beach, California organization’s IT staff. Currently IT Manager at Molina, Hoffman has proven herself not only a trusted colleague and capable professional, but also an efficient and effective department leader who can handle anything thrown her way.
In her present role with Molina Healthcare, Abby Goodman is responsible for managing the infrastructure and security platforms for the company’s new business, particularly within the areas of divestments, mergers and acquisitions. Over the course of her tenure, she has been responsible not only for the development of a new playbook for overall IT engagement on configuration, migration and processes, but was a leader and initiator of a more flexible workspace program for the company’s IT staff; one which allows IT personnel more flexibility when it comes to working on a remote basis.
